What is the warranty period for Secretlab products?
All Secretlab chairs come with a 3-year limited warranty, which can be extended to 5 years via our Extended Warranty Program. This covers all functional parts of the chair.
Can I return my chair if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 49-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I clean and maintain my Secretlab upholstery?
For NEO™ Hybrid Leatherette or SoftWeave® Plus fabric, we recommend using our specialized Secretlab Premium Fabric or Leather cleaners. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes.
